About the role
With rapid growth in Australia we have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our team. Our dynamic, fast-paced and friendly environment will suit a team-player and strategic thinker with clear vision and solid networking ability in the Industrial and Mining Filtration industry. The full-time position is home office based position.
Duties and responsibilities
Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts servicing our customers in South East QLD
Developing opportunities to cross-sell Mineral and Industrial Filtration products
Be customer focused and create awareness of Sefar products, services and Process filtration solutions through customer visits, presentations, on site demonstrations and installations
Develop and maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline
Develop and leverage the company’s brand and professional profile
Skills and experience
A technical understanding of filtration processing requirements and applications in liquid, dust and mineral separation
Ability to work closely with Sefar Product Managers to ensure the accurate delivery of Sefar products resulting in the highest degree of customer satisfaction
A proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies
Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Proven ability to develop and implement B2B sales strategies
Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
Strong background in negotiating and a proven sale track record
Previous sale experience within the industrial and/or mining industries would be highly regarded
A degree in engineering is preferred, but not essential
