For nutsche filters used in the pharmaceutical industry, Sefar recommends SEFAR TETEX MONO, SEFAR TETEX DLW and SEFAR TETEX MULTI fabrics.

Our SEFAR TETEX line provides you with a wide choice of materials, pore sizes and permeabilities to match your specific filtration conditions.
On some filter equipment TETEX MONO and MULTI fabrics may need an additional support / drainage fabric. We recommend the use of open mesh fabrics in the same material as the filter fabric with mesh size from 700 to 1700 micron.

Several fabrics are available in high-performance materials like PEEK or PTFE for high temperature resistance up to 170 °C (steam sterilization or extreme drying conditions).

SEFAR TETEX DLW Main advantages: same advantages as TETEX MONO easier installation / maintenance better mechanical resistance avoids wrinkles and reduces dilatation no need for separate support / drainage fabric
